What we hold of the 1974
  • Bodega López 'Don Federico': 1 bottle

Argentina in 1974.

An old Mendoza bottle from the era before the export market existed, made for domestic drinking and kept by accident.

Montchenot is the historic top wine of one of Mendoza’s oldest family bodegas, aged for years before release. Two magnums from 1975.

Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. If you have not bought an older bottle before, our note on fill levels explains what those words mean and what they are worth. The 1974 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
