Most of what we hold exists in ones and twos. That is a problem for a retailer and an opportunity for a wine list: a bottle that turns a page of your list into a reason to book the table.
What can a list actually buy?
Single bottles and small parcels: a 1946 Pétrus, a 1961 Latour, a Roederer Rosé 1974, a Marsala drawn in the year of Waterloo. Also drinkable classics in slightly larger quantity when you need a pour rather than a trophy.
Can we get the same wine again?
Honestly, usually not. The cellar is finite and much of it is one bottle deep. We tell you the quantity before you commit, so nothing on your list disappears without warning.
How does it arrive?
Insured and temperature-controlled, delivered under bond or duty-paid to the restaurant, with a proper invoice and the customs paperwork handled.
Can you help build a vertical for the list?
Yes. Six complete verticals exist as whole collections, and we can also assemble a short run of a single estate from what the cellar holds.
Do you work with by-the-glass programmes?
Where the quantity allows it. Tell us the format you need, and we will say plainly whether we have the depth for it.
