Dry and hot, the first half of a great pair. Firm and tannic in the north.
Henri Bonneau made wine in a damp cellar under the village, in old barrels he refused to replace, and released it when he felt like it. The Célestins is Grenache from the pebbles of La Crau at its most profound.
