Grapes crushed by foot, wines aged in glass-lined cement and decanted by hand, bottle by bottle, before release. Emidio Pepe’s 1970s wines are among the greatest old Italian reds in existence.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. The 1974 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
