Harvested in a decade when these wines were made for local consumption and sold by the barrel. What is bottled now spent many years in wood first.
Fortified Grenache aged for decades in cask and demijohn under the Roussillon sun. The 1931 has the colour of old mahogany and tastes of walnuts and orange peel.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle.
