Gianfranco Soldera made Sangiovese with the stubbornness of a saint, left the consorzio, and lost six vintages to a vandal who opened his casks in 2012. What survives from before is scarce and extraordinary.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. The 2001 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
