One village, one grape, one vintage, and only in years the house considers worthy: fewer than forty releases since 1905. Salon is released after a decade on its lees and rewards another.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. The 1999 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
