The modern benchmark. A warm, dry summer and a clean harvest gave wines with both weight and acidity, and they are still climbing.
One village, one grape, one vintage, and only in years the house considers worthy: fewer than forty releases since 1905. Salon is released after a decade on its lees and rewards another.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle.
