Anselme Selosse brought Burgundian thinking to Champagne: oak, oxidative ageing and a solera for the reserve wines. Initial is the entry point, the Rosé is one of the hardest bottles in the region to find.
What the cellar holds
In the cellar: Initial (nine bottles across two disgorgements), Rosé (two bottles, disgorged May 2021), and the Ratafias.
Vintages in the cellar
Croian & Hein places bottles like this one with a small circle of collectors in Switzerland: discreetly, by appointment, and with the condition of every bottle described plainly before it travels.
