Burgundy in 2021.
April frost followed by a cool, wet summer. A very small crop of light, classical, low-alcohol wines of the kind Burgundy had not made in twenty years.
Six hectares, one owner, and a wine that is often the most exotic in the domaine’s range: spice, rose and iron. Older bottles were labelled with the level at the neck, as the 1992 is here.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. If you have not bought an older bottle before, our note on fill levels explains what those words mean and what they are worth. The 2021 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
