Loïc Pasquet replanted forgotten pre-phylloxera varieties on their own roots, at the densities of the 19th century. A few hundred bottles a year, and by some distance the most expensive young wine in Bordeaux.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle. The 2010 leaves storage once, insured and temperature-controlled, for your home, your cellar or your account at a bonded warehouse in Switzerland.
