The structural answer to 2009. The same dry summer, but cold nights kept the acidity, and the result is the more tannic, slower and longer-lived of the two.
Loïc Pasquet replanted forgotten pre-phylloxera varieties on their own roots, at the densities of the 19th century. A few hundred bottles a year, and by some distance the most expensive young wine in Bordeaux.
Condition is described before anything travels: fill level, label, capsule and original case, bottle by bottle.
